Refer a Friend Rewards Program

Due to health regulations all sales are final on panties, teddies, hosiery, pasties, and wigs. Original shoe box must be intact and cannot be used as the shipping box. If you are returning all of the items on your order, please return the free gifts to avoid additional charges (Free Gift $2.00, Free Panty $5.00, and Free Lingerie $10.00). Please keep in mind that the gifts are yours to keep if only part of the order is being returned. Shipping and gift wrap fees are non-refundable.

Refused Items: If you attempt to return an item that is non-returnable, incomplete, or with signs of use it will be shipped back to you at your expense.

Return to Sender Packages: Packages that are returned by the carrier due to being refused or undeliverable will be subject to a return shipping fee that been charge and bill by the postal service and carrier. Once we receive the package back our returns department will contact you with the information on how to proceed. Please keep in mind that return shipping fees vary depending on your location and the weight of the package.
